There are some similar questions and i would like to share the answers here for all of you who might have the same questions.
1. How to make order ?
ANSWER: Simply send email to shop@mypeppery.com by indicating the books you like (or the styles that you may need) and also your contact info (your name, phone, email). I will get back to you as soon as i can. Please also visit our website to see what is new !!
2. How many books to order at the minimum ? How long does it take ?
ANSWER: Minimum order = at least “One” book : )
We normally bind the book to your request, please make the order in advance (we do not hold stock for books we bound). To bind a book (“one” item), after the conceptual design has been done then the book would be ready within 1-2 days (also depending on the wait-list orders at that period), delivery is depending on your location. For the delivery via postal service, please see the fee charge in “Order” page.
If you would like to order many books, let’s discuss !! However, we might not be able to take mass-orders since our books are handmade and we are very focused on the quality of books we bind for our customers.
3. Can i customize the style and design ?
ANSWER: .. good question ! I would be pleased and really love to do that..
The books can be customized to your needs i.e. conceptual design, size, materials, sewing technique, etc. Actually, if you have roughly idea about the book you’d like to have, do let me know. Your comments, questions and feedback are always welcome !
